IZ = Immunizations given at the visit. Immunization's typically will not be given if a child is sick or running a fever.

Providers will order further testing based on individual need.

New patients should bring their child's immunization record to their first visit and any previous medical records (or have them faxed to our office 14 days prior to the child's visit at 303-426-9581, attn: Medical Records)
