Thornton Office:

Weekdays: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Closed noon - 1:00pm

Louisville Office:

Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am to Noon, closed Thursday.

All offices are closed Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Thornton Office is open the day after Thanksgiving for Urgent Care appointments. Please call 303-430-0823 for urgent contacts when the office is not open to be connected to our After Hours service.
